*How to use?
1, For first use, need to finalize the design according to dental status.
2, Soak mouth guard in 60-70 degree of water for 15 seconds, then it will become soft.
3, Put the mouth guard on your teeth ,bite it and be close to the jaw 10 seconds for perfect fit molding.
4, Then put mouth guard in the cold water 20 seconds.
5, If mouth guard still not adjust to your teeth, repeat the above operation until it works.

* The mouthpiece gently holds your lower jaw in a slightly forward position while you sleep.
* This opens the airway in your throat which helps to reduce/eliminate grinding.
